Chart attack...

I decided to have a bit of a play with Excel (I know, what a geek!) and came up with this chart that tracks my weight loss from the weight I was before I started SW to my current weight. I'm planning to update this once a month. As you can see, I flew through the first few months, but have fluctuated wildly ever since. Hopefully with this pictorial reminder I can aim to get the line going back up again!
