Ingredients
Can of chickpeas, drained
2 cloves of garlic
Black pepper
Fat free yoghurt/fat free fromage frais/quark
Lemon juice
Method
- Put the chickpeas, garlic and pepper in a food processor and blitz
- Add a couple of tabespoons of yoghurt and a few squirts of lemon juice and blitz until smooth.
