I joined Slimming World in April 2011 and managed to lose 2.5 stone before my wedding in September 2011. I since strayed from the path a bit and put back on half of what I lost. This blog will chart my progress to my target weight and include the secrets of my success (or otherwise!)

Running log - 7.10.13
Finally got in my first training run! It was mostly downhill, during which I felt pretty good. Unfortunately when it turned uphill I struggled a bit. Still, it's my first run in ages, so I'm happy with how it went.
I suspect I'll feel it in the morning, but plan to try again on Wednesday evening.
Distance run: 0.86 miles (without stopping, followed by a walk of about the same distance)
Time taken: 9m 24s (for the run)
